Full-time Diesel Mechanic

Job Description:

We are seeking Full-time Diesel Mechanics to join our team. 

While previous experience is preferred, on site job training available for highly qualified candidates. 

Responsibilies: 

• Perform minor and major repairs on truck and trailers. 
• Perform preventative maintenance on trucks and trailers for both clients and fleet vehicles, including inspection, tire rotation and oil changes. 
• Work alongside team members to evaluate problems and plan repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed.  
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical malfunctions.
• Inspect fleet vehicles to comply with DOT regulations. 
• Complete daily reports. 
• Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories. 
• Create maintenance reports. 
• Follows strict work practices to comply with all Company, DOT, and OSHA regulations.

Schedule:

• Open Monday-Friday (6 AM - 5 PM). Schedule flexible during hours of operation. 
• 8 hour shifts
• On call one week per month.

Shift Schedule:

• Full Time
• 40 hours per week
